Did you know that you can request home security checks while you’re away for the holidays? Walton County Sheriff’s Office highly encourages those who have plans to travel to call our non-emergency line and request a deputy check your property while you’re gone.
You will need to provide the following information:
If lights will be left on during your absence.
Any vehicles that will be left at the residence.
Authorized visitors for animal care, etc.
An emergency contact name and number.
