WALTON COUNTY ANIMAL SHELTER CELEBRATES SELECTION AS A COMMUNITY BAG PROGRAM RECIPIENT

WALTON COUNTY, Fla — The Walton County Animal Shelter has been selected to receive donations from Winn-Dixie’s Community Bag Program for the month of May.
The Community Bag program, which launched in February of 2019, is a reusable bag program that facilitates community support with the goal to make a difference in the communities where shoppers live and work. With each Community Bag purchased at the Winn-Dixie store located at 2300 Front Beach Road, Panama City, Florida, the Walton County Animal Shelter will receive a $1 donation during the month of May. All you have to do to support is visit Winn-Dixie on Front Beach Road and pick up one of the colorful, reusable Community Bags that features a blue heart on the attached Giving Tag.
“We are delighted to have been selected as the recipients of Winn-Dixie’s Community Bag Program,” says Animal Services Manager, Tina Barker. “All of the donations we receive will go towards helping the animals at the Walton County Animal Shelter.”
