5 POUNDS OF COCAINE AND $4K SEIZED FROM FATHER AND SON DURING DRUG INVESTIGATION IN WALTON COUNTY

DEFUNIAK SPRINGS, Fla— A drug investigation out of Walton County has yielded nearly five pounds of cocaine and more than $4,000 in U.S. Currency.
On July 13th a K9 Deputy stopped a vehicle for speeding on Interstate 10 near mile marker 92. The driver and passenger, Kadeem Ingram, 29, and Kenneth Ingram, 59, have been the focus of a drug investigation spanning several months.
K9 Drago was called to the scene and alerted to drugs inside the vehicle. A search revealed 3.77 pounds of powder cocaine located inside a duffle bag in the vehicle. Also discovered, was $4003 in U.S. Currency inside the center console. All items were seized as evidence.
Additionally, residential search warrants were carried out at Bay Street in DeFuniak Springs and Tropical Way in Freeport producing another pound of packaged powder cocaine, multiple firearms and a kilo press (a device used to package large quantities of drugs).
Kenneth and Kadeem Ingram were charged with trafficking cocaine. Kenneth received a $150,000 bond and Kadeem is being held without bond.
As a result of the search warrant on Tropical Way, Tempestt Bramlet, 28, was arrested and charged with cocaine possession and possession of a controlled substance without a prescription – both are felonies. She was released on a $10,000 bond Monday morning.
