WCSO CYBER CRIMES UNIT ARRESTS TWO DEFUNIAK SPRINGS MEN IN TWO DAYS ON CHILD PORN CHARGES
WALTON COUNTY, FLA— Two Walton County men are arrested on child pornography charges a day apart after search warrants conducted by the Walton County Sheriff’s Office Cyber Crimes Unit.
The arrests come on the heels of two separate investigations into online tips received by WCSO.
David Case, 38, of DeFuniak Springs was arrested on February 28th following a search warrant at his home on W White Rose Street related to a cyber-tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children.
The search warrant revealed not only was Case downloading child pornography but also transmitting it.
Enoch Smallwood, 66, of DeFuniak Springs was arrested on February 29th after a search warrant on his electronic devices revealed he was downloading child porn. The investigation was the result of a cyber-tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children.
Both men received a $50,000 bond and are still incarcerated at the time of this release.
