Recertification Classes for Healthcare Providers

Walton County Fire Rescue offers American Heart Association-approved recertification courses for healthcare professionals looking to renew their BLS, ACLS, or PALS credentials. Whether you need a full renewal course or a skills check following online training, our experienced instructors provide flexible, high-quality instruction tailored to your schedule. Group and private sessions are available to meet a variety of needs.

Basic Courses

BLS for Healthcare Provider (CPR): Provider: $60  Renewal: $55

Heartsaver First Aid & CPR: Provider: $95  Renewal: $95

Heartsaver CPR AED: Provider: $75  Renewal: $75

Advanced Courses

Advanced Cardiac Life Support: Provider: $175  Renewal: $150

Pediatric Advanced Life Support: Provider: $175  Renewal: $150

Basic and Advanced courses require a minimum of six students. Groups with fewer than six participants will be charged the ‘Private Class’ rate (listed below). All fees must be paid prior to the start of class.

Online Class – Skills Check

BLS (Skills Check Only): $45

ALS (Skills Check Only): $75

PALS (Skills Check Only): $75

Skills check sessions do not have to meet the six-student minimum requirement.

Private Courses

All BLS Classes (Heartsaver, First Aid, AED, CPR): Provider: $175  Renewal: $125

Advanced Cardiac Life Support: Provider: $325  Renewal: $225

Pediatric Advanced Life Support: Provider: $325  Renewal: $225

Please note that in-house training takes priority over external class offerings; however, we will do our best to accommodate your schedule. We can host small groups at our facilities, but larger groups may require an external venue, which could incur additional costs.
