SUSPECT WANTED FOR TRAFFICKING METH IN CUSTODY

Freeport, Fla–Walton County Sheriff’s Deputies have apprehended Ramon Shaw.
Shaw was wanted on seven active warrants following an incident on December 22nd involving the discovery of nearly 30 grams of methamphetamine. On January 17th Shaw was featured in WCSO’s Turn ‘Em In Tuesday social media campaign. This evening Shaw was discovered hiding out in a house on Pinelog Street in Freeport. He attempted to escape the house, but deputies were able to detain him safely.

He was transported and booked into the Walton County Jail following his arrest on charges of trafficking in methamphetamine, aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, two counts of possession of a controlled substance, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, and other misdemeanor charges.
