60-YEAR-OLD FREEPORT MAN ARRESTED, CHARGED WITH EXPOSING HIMSELF AT STATE PARK
WALTON COUNTY, FLA— A Freeport man is arrested after it was reported he exposed himself while at a public beach in Walton County.
On March 27th, the Walton County Sheriff’s Office was called to Topsail State Park following reports of a man possibly masturbating on the beach.
When deputies arrived, they found 60-year-old Martin Earl Lebouef sitting nude between two umbrellas.
Lebouef had several beer cans next to him as well as a pair of women’s underwear, although there were no women with him. The park was crowded with families, but fortunately, two adults were the only ones who saw him expose himself.
Lebouef was arrested and charged with exposure of sexual organs. He was transported and booked into the Walton County Jail and was released the following day on a $2,500 bond.
The Walton County Sheriff’s Office would like to clarify that the delay in public notification was the result of a follow-up investigation for a previous report of a subject exposing themselves in public. The two were ultimately found not to be linked.
