According to Executive Order 20-112, all bars, pubs, and nightclubs that derive more than 50% of their gross revenue from the sale of alcoholic beverages remain suspended from the sale of alcoholic beverages for on-premises consumption.

According to Executive Order 20-123, restaurants may allow on-premises consumption of food and beverages so long as they limit their indoor occupancy to no more than 50% of their seating capacity, excluding employees. Bar counters are to remain closed to seating. Outdoor seating is allowed with appropriate social distancing. Appropriate social distancing requires maintaining a minimum of 6 feet between parties, only seating parties of 10 or less, keeping bar counters closed to seating.
