The human resources department (HR) is directly responsible for all WCSO personnel issues. The HR department is staffed by a manager and two staff members. The HR department is responsible for maintaining employee records, coordinating workplace drug screenings, auditing of promotions and disciplinary procedures, processing employee retirement packages, ensuring proper disbursement of department policies and procedures and maintaining employee evaluations. The HR department assists in the planning and execution of all WCSO staffing needs.
